1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Platinum Car Detailing INC. provides automotive detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating application, and related services. Service specifics, duration, and pricing are determined based on vehicle condition and selected package.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments are confirmed within 24 hours of booking request
- Please arrive on time or notify us of any delays
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Repeated no-shows may result in service restrictions
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition assessment.
5. Vehicle Condition
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, and interior wear, will be documented before service begins.
6. Liability Limitations
While we take utmost care with every vehicle, Platinum Car Detailing INC. is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Damage resulting from concealed defects revealed during cleaning
- Normal wear and tear
- Items left in the vehicle
- Mechanical issues unrelated to detailing services
7. Service Results
Results may vary based on vehicle age, condition, and previous maintenance. Some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable. We will communicate realistic expectations before beginning any service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
