How to Request Resolution
To initiate a satisfaction claim:
- Contact us within 30 days of your service date
- Describe the issue and provide photos if applicable
- Allow us to inspect and assess the concern
- We'll propose a fair resolution

Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer:
- Re-service: We'll redo the affected area or service at no additional cost
- Partial credit: Credit toward future services for minor concerns
- Partial refund: Refund of a portion of the service cost
- Full refund: In rare cases where we cannot resolve the issue
Limitations
Please note the following limitations to our refund policy:
- Claims must be made within 30 days of service
- We cannot refund for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control
- Results that match industry standards but don't meet personal expectations may not qualify
- Damage caused after service completion is not covered
- Consumable products (e.g., applied coatings) cannot be "returned"
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
